Interknitting

The American Spectator interviews Tom Wolfe, and not surprisingly the piece is bursting with interesting observations by the novelist. In response to a question about the internet, Wolfe likens it to knitting: just a way to pass the time. Finally, a better verb than surfing to describe the hours spent on the computer: interknitting.

I think I'll read 10 fewer blogs each day! My eyes won't sting so much and I'll have time to read Wolfe's lastest, "I Am Charlotte Simmons."
